I'm pretty sure I read that the Soviets were trying to buy the guns from another power indicating that they may not have had the capability of creating her main guns. You are mistaken. The USSR bought projects, instead of ready samples. Projects modified to necessary characteristics and began a bat...

For them to be comissioned? Since by the time Germany was attacking Russia the Ukraina was already constructed up to her main deck, all they needed to really finish was her guns, superstrcture and damage control. I dont know about the Soyuz though but it might have been in some advanced stage of co...

Both in drawings and in pre-production models.
I think by 1944 a batch production would be adjusted.

It is impossible.
The most probable (real) date of of completion 1944-45.
Even having accelerated construction earlier 1943 ships will not be completed
