That must be the total height from the keel I guess.
The height from the waterline should be something around 32 meters depending on the ship's draft.

Hello,
Did Bismarck Flak crews wear steel helmets?
I believe they did during Rheinübung, but it seems it was not always the case, particularly during training in the Baltic.

"Schiffswellen" are the ship's shafts, port, center and starboard.
There are however 9 "lights" in that panel.

This is probably the last photo taken where Tirpitz's bell can be seen.
We know it survived the bombing on 3 April 1944, despite a near hit that demolished the hangar.
