Not necessarily, Tirpitz may be outnumbered but then on paper Bismarck shouldn't have won at DS as easily as it did. If one British ship is disabled early and Tirpitz avoids substantial early damage the advantage could still lie with the Germans. I can't see Howe and Anson sinking Tirpitz by gunfir...
