Rob Peters and his Art and Thoughts about BISMARCK

Post by Ulrich Rudofsky »

Rob Peters is a Dutch artist with a perceptive view on the nature and psyche of the “Concept BISMARCK”. A deep insight into the battleship’s creation and into the mental and political impetus that brought about its “intelligent design", to use a modern phrase, and the launching of the ship called BISMARCK, has, to date, not been fully and simply explained by historians; but an artist’s intense perception of this event of history renders a wonderful insight for us all who could not perceive from our own limited experience, talent, or soul-searching this reality.

Hi Rick,

Thanks for the posting. I never knew that there was so much art on the Bismarck and that many prints are still available.

Best regards.

Bob: If you have the patience of a saint (which I doubt you do) there is a large number of images on Rob Peters' site. You just need the patience of a navigator or surfer. But the search itself is a good experience............ everytime I look, I find another new image.
