February 14th. Sixty seven years ago the Bismarck was launched, a day to remember a saga´s birth.

Hi George,

You had me stumped at first with your "legend" date of 8 June 1989, but I finally thought about her discovery by Dr. Ballard's oceanography team. The date may be a bit off, though. According to Ballard's book, the discovery of the first debris came on 5 June 1989, but the ship itself first came into view on the 8th as you indicated.

Best regards.

Hi Rob :D
Yeap mate, correct
5th of June 1989 first debris, but no result, that's why it's called the "debris field" on his maps...
8th of June 1989...BINGO!!! :D :D :D

Take care mate,

Best regards, George
