Loss of a Website

Post by Ulrich Rudofsky »

A few weeks ago the http://www.schlachtschiff.de web forum closed down because of the behavior of some of the correspondents and the webmaster's problems. This was an excellent site for the exchange of information and I miss it a lot. I wish someone could resurrect a site such as http://forum.schlachtschiff.com/default.asp

There is not another site where I can go to find this type of unadulterated information and free and heated exchange of data about the German Navy. I am sorry this has occurred and it did put a crimp on my access to information.

Ciao Ulrich,

I am with you my friend,.. same feeling, . and I hope Dirk will be out of his problems soon and maybe that website can come back as it was.

I had some bad experiences too in the past and unfortunately I know well myself that the Internet is not only made with trustable and fair persons, so I can imagine the problems.

Once this unfortunately happens there is only one solution, cut the line and restart with a renewed spirit.

Meanwhile I think you can find a good site still German languaged with lots of the old friends wew were used to talk to here in :

http://forum.marinearchiv.de/index.php

Hope the .. SMS Maus ... will be back again :D .

Ciao Antonio :D
