wargaming

Post by dgrubb64 »

I know that you get model war games for armies and navies on a bard style game but has any body tried this with radio controlled models and if so is there any rules / guides to be had or if anybody else has tried this what type of problems have they came against and how did you get round it. the model boat club that I am a member of is going to try this around a convoy type scenario to start with and try to expand and improvise it. :?

wargames

Post by George Roumbos »

There is a group of people who are wargaming with RC ships, using BB guns to actually sink the enemy ship. bilge pumps to delay their own sinking etc.
The navies are axis and allied and they keep a scoreboard of their games. They play in shallow lakes and I think it's in the UK. Saw it in a ship model magazine some time ago.
If I find any further details of to contact them, I'll let you now.

Regards,
George
