Post by Ulrich Rudofsky » Mon Apr 14, 2008 11:26 pm

Did you know:
1. the plans for the USS New Jersey took 3,432,000 manhours or 206 years for one single draftsman to complete?

2. the plans of the drafts weigh 175 tons and are, at 30 inches of width, 1,100 miles long?

3. would be interesting to find out how that stat compares to the Bismarck ..........
