Re: San Diego Bay Tour
been thirty years since I've lived in San Diego - man, if we'd kept that first house, we'd be rich!
I remember when the Bunker Hill was an North Island, being used as test bed for Nimitz' comms suite. The fishing was good, there.

Re: San Diego Bay Tour
As already said above these are very nice pictures.
We are very fortunate that these pictures can still be taken, as in Britain the taking of photo's in militarily sensitive areas is becoming more and more difficult. This is because our British politically correct police ''service'' thinks that anyone taking a picture of a warship or anything military is planning to blow it up on behalf of Al Qaeda, and such people are likely to be questioned under the prevention of terrorism legislation and have their camera equipment confiscated. Even tourists in London taking photographs of St Pauls Cathedral have been treated this way.

Re: San Diego Bay Tour
Thanks Byron,
But just in case you didn't notice it was Ulrich Rudofsky the one who visited and took those pictures of San Diego.
It's been quite a long time since my last stay in the USA. But I have good memories of Baltimore's Harbor.
