Please don't just throw things out like that with no substantiation. It's irritating, and it's demeaning. I'm no fan of US foreign policy, but I don't see any empire; only somewhat misguided attempts to make things better.

It is 2013 and guess what. Exactly what was suggested for the AB has occurred in the flight III AB design soon to be started. If congress can get it act together.
