Heard this on BBC news this morning.

Hmmm... still having issues being called "teething problems" in the RN after all these decades... :think:

This time with machinery breakdowns...

Yes, there is a growing thread on the navweaps RN forum. The relevant officials don't seem to be letting on what the actual problem is yet, so it's just educated guesses. On the face of it, it's beginning to look pretty serious.
