SPECTACULAR! Great photography, Kyler.
I recognize some of the exhibits from a visit to the Paul Garber restoration facility in Silver Hill MD back in the 80's. Nice to see that they are now finally on public view.

I visited the Air & Space Museum in Washington D.C. back in 1993, but I don't recognize the place at all from the photos Kyler has posted. Is it possible that the place have changed that much in 15 years?
I remember they had a ME-262, a V-1 and a V-2 among other things. Unfortunately, I did not take any photos.

The Smithsonian A&S Museum is in two locations, with the Dulles (about 30 miles from DC) location being the larger of the two. I was just recently in Washington and visited several of the Smithsonian museums, including the A&S.José M. Oh! I see.
I couldn't remember that big hangar since I wasn't there!

The Air & Space Museum Udzay & Hazy Center in Dulles, it was opened in early 2004 not long before I visited the museum in which these pictures were taken.
It is an excellent museum for anyone wanting to see rare and unusual aircraft and space crafts. It houses some of the rarest aircraft in the world.

I'd love to see the Udzay & Hazy Center, but I just couldn't fit it into my last trip. In Feb of this year I visited the Pima Air and Space Museum in Tucson, Arizona:Kyler wrote:The Air & Space Museum Udzay & Hazy Center in Dulles, it was opened in early 2004 not long before I visited the museum in which these pictures were taken.
