If you are interested in the camouflage schemes of the Italian Navy, then you will not be able to do without this book. With a multitude of pictures and illustrations, this is a masterwork, even though some pictures are simply limited and suffer a bit by the state of technology at that time; but I believe that this is as good as it gets. The book is in Italian, but this should not be an obstacle to trans-alpines and trans-atlantics, and a little Latin helps also. The illustrations are understandable ipso facto. Unfortunately, the book is about 60 Euros.

Wenn man an der Tarnung der Italienischen Marine interessiert ist, kann man ohne dieses Buch nicht auskommen. Mit den vielen Bildern und Zeichnungen ist es ein Meisterwerk, obwohl manche Bilder einfach von den technischen Einschränkungen der damligen Zeit etwas leiden; aber ich glaube, sie sind das Beste das noch vorhanden ist. Das Buch ist in Italienisch, aber wir Trans-Alpiner und Trans-Atlantiker kommen damit schon aus und ein bisschen Latein hilft auch dabei. Die Illustrationen kann man ja ipso facto verstehen. Leider ist das Buch ca. E 60.
