The Battle of Trafalgar.

Which is worth to remember. One of the great events of the World.

Best regards.

It is indeed.

It is also unfortunate that on this side of the Atlantic there are covert political pressures that are seeking to erase this memory in favour of ever increasing European political union, in the belief that certain countries sensitivities may be upset.

That´s nonsense: Trafalgar is an inmortal victory that will live forever in the memory of those who know, whatever nationality. What the leftist politicians say is like the wind, completely temporal, without any importance.

Trafalgar European Union has happened already 200 years ago.
Same story with Hitler or Stalin, if one of them would have been sucsessful.
But beside the war, Hitler mentioned most of the current circumstances as Euro and so on, already before WWII.
But its dangerous to talk to much about that. The situation in Germany now is more subtile, but the differences to that time are not so big as most people are thinking.
Kind regards,
L.

PS: Karl, you are right in your opinion about Trafalgar.
