Game -- Distant Guns?

Has anyone played this computer game? Russo-Japanese Naval war in 1904-05. I am curious if it is worth investing in?

Sounds interesting.

That war in itself might have become even more interesting if the Kaiser (who certainly had the ego for it) had entered this war as an ally of Japan and had destroyed the Russian Fleet in Baltic waters.
