Does anyone know the name of the song they play that's right after they show the Hitler Youth and the SS start marching across the screen? I keep getting told its Rammstein, but I don't know what song it is.

I have no idea what song it is, but yes, it is Rammstein. That part of the documentary seems to have been taken from Leni Riefenstahl's infamous propaganda film "Triumph of the Will" about the 1934 nazi rallies at Nürnberg.
