Sinking the USS Oriskany

As shown, the USS Oriskany was supposed to sink in a horizontal attitude as planned by engineers.

Only a few months have past since the sinking of the USS ORISKANY, but, as this video shows, the fauna and flora have started to settle down in the artifical reef as planned.
