Ship history

Post by Antonio Bonomi »

Ciao all,

@ RF,

not yet,..but if you will be a bit patient,.. than you will see something of your interest soon, ... on Light Cruisers, .. Destroyers,.. and Hilfskreuzers too........

... let me finish first the BIG ones,... than we will cover the smaller ones,.... :wink:

Meanwhile you can look for the good books by Koop-Schmolke and AJ-Press Morskie on this subject...very good references.

Ciao Antonio :D

KM warship drawings

Post by Antonio Bonomi »

Ciao Derf and all,

many thanks for the compliments :oops:

This is my hobby and my pleasure, 35 years of study on those ships cannot be wasted and must be used to help new generation of those warships lovers to know more and hopefully improve it too.

Like happened to me, when you are young, not much money and a lot of curiosity to know more, now with internet those young guys can have a lot more infos compared with what I had on 1972, ..... few photos, few bad drawings, ...not much help.

That is why I do this and I do it for free as much as I can, .. for everybody benefit, .. as making profit is not my priority on my passion.

Let me take again the occasion to thank both Andrea Toller and Abram Joslin,...as without their help those drawings were not going to see the light .... not to forget Jose' for allowing me to post them,..and also to provide a dedicated spot,.... :clap:

Thanks again ........ Ciao Antonio :D

again Antonio I have been very impressed with the work you have been doing and allowing full research findings from your database to be established here. A hearty thank you from me and of course others on this fine forum I am sure. It is almost a rarity these days to find someone that has accumulated so much offering it for free

Gruß

Ciao all,

thanks to Erich and Goldenpony for the nice compliments ..... and I am sure Abram Joslin is joining me on this,....:oops:

...and we are not done yet,... after Abram will be done,... we will be back,..meanwhile I will study more,.. and research something else,.... this is a never ending story,...... and only facts and evidences at the end counts...

Ciao Antonio :D

yes it does look good. And nice to be able to put a face to your name also.

Their shoulders held the sky suspended;
They stood and Earth's foundations stay;
What God abandoned these defended;
And saved the sum of things for pay.
