Yes, I think 2 and 4 are a given. I understand your thinking about the boomer, but a CVN is so flexible you could load it up with nuclear bombs ..

I would vote for Napolean Bonaparte for #1, but I'm sure we will have lots of contenders and the topic is all wrong.
