The first ~15sec features a distant shot of HMS London, and the rest is mainly a KGV steaming through heavy seas. You might try to upgrade your Adobe Flash player. I understand that 64bit webbrowsers have problems with Adobe flash, so you might try and download a 32bit version of Firefox and use that.

The video gives a good impression of the weatherly qualities of the class. There is a lot of spray due to the low freeboard forward, but the bow rises quickly.

Yes she's certainly taking water over the bow in that shot - good idea to swing the quad turret to port to prevent it flooding.
Any idea which of the class it is?

Nice film of HMS Howe, pity she wasn't able to be around and in that area of the world in 1941.
